Treninger For Herrelaget:

  • Mandager 18.30 - 20.00 i Tromsdalshallen.
  • Onsdager 21.00 - 22.30 i Tromsdalshallen.
  • Torsdager 21.00 22.30 Tromsøhallen (første halvdel, halv bane).
  • Fredager 17.30-19.00 i Tromsdalshallen (første halvtime, halv bane).
